About Scott

My name is Scott, I have completed my Engineering Qualification with Kirklees, worked within a company during my apprenticeship for 3 years. After i moved into a Construction role transferring my Fitting knowledge over to it which proved to help greatly.

From this I have moved into even a Customer Service Assistant job within a Interior Goods company, where I wrote documents on increasing manufacturing and production rates using key fundamentals that should be in place however wasn't. This has caused the company to now implement those within there standard procedures.

Now I am looking into becoming a Teaching Assistant with my background knowledge, and using this Tutoring as a great platform.

About the lesson

My teaching method is being to adapt to each student. Everyone has there Pro's and Con's when it comes to learning about a chosen subject or role. With this in mind, we will talk and figure out what suits you best, tests? hands on work? researching? All of these will be implemented however some will be more heavier than others due to how you would prefer to be taught.

Rates as follows.

New students with 0 background in the field will be full price as stated to tutoring ad. £10 p/hr
Students with some background will require less time and will know some basics. This will be £8.75 p/hr

If location is set to be at the students place, there will be no charge for me to come to the place, if it is within a 40 minute walk.

If the students location is further out from Huddersfield Town Centre, such as Halifax, there will be a fee added on for travel purposes. This will be open to discussion with students since the cost can vary on place.
