About Tashmika

I am a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who has always been passionate about the teaching profession. I believe that as an educator, I can learn as much from my students as they can learn from me. The learning process is a lifelong process; thus, an educator can learn from their students as well, which can improve strategies and allow for flexibility and fluidity in lessons.

About the lesson

My lessons aim to meet the students' individualized needs. I believe that students have differing needs and motivations for learning English; hence the methodology and strategies in teaching will differ from student to student. I have approximately 3 years in lesson planning and teaching experience.
