About NHP

I have played rugby my entire life and professional rugby in U/13, U/14, U/19 and above till now. I have also represented the U/19 SA district team that played in England and Wales. I have 2 years of coaching experience in individual and team coaching.

About the lesson

My methods differ between individual or team sessions, but before going too deep with the coaching, we start with the basics and go from there. Then we focus on where the most attention is needed.

Perfect! Nicky is a great coach, with practical and effective teaching and training techniques. Our sessions have been not only fun but very beneficial to my performance. I am already seeing improvements! Would definitely recommend for beginners all the way up to a pro level - Nicky is your guy!

Calvin started the lesons with minimal rugby skills but was willing and eager to learn and improved very quickly and still is.

Perfect! Nicky is highly dedicated and works on teaching specific skills and on improving general skills. My boys are using his techniques on the field immediately with a noticeable difference.

I am coaching both of Riccardo's sons and they are very engaging in the lessons and have already improved alot after a few lesson and looking forward to working with them and further improving on any weakness they have

Perfect! Nicky is an excellent coach for my 9 year old Son and he loves the lessons with Nicky. Nicky worked with him specifically on his kicks to post, to line and kickoffs and there has been a definite improvement in his kicks and can be seen during his rugby matches. Highly recommend Nicky! Thank you!

Janus asked me to help coach his son, specifically with his kicking. He had trouble with drop kicks and direction but after a few lessons and tweeks he improved very well.
