About Shady

Swimming is what I really love, so I love to share this skill with all of my students of any age. All of them, at any age, are like my friends, and I am sharing the joy of what I really love. We are usually happy together.

About the lesson

I love swimming and sharing the skills with anyone who loves swimming too. Swimming helps you physically and mentally. It also connects your body to the earth and releases tension and stress. I teach all levels and all styles, including learn-to-swim programs, and advanced levels, freestyle, breaststroke, and butterfly styles.
