About Anca

I worked in the Health and social care industry for nearly 10 years as a support worker. My expertise is Dementia, COPD, stroke and cerebral palsy. During my career, I gained my Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Health and social care and then I qualified as a trainer and assessor in the same industry.
As an assessor, I supported students with their qualification and monitored their progress in order to maximise their potential.

About the lesson

I use a student- centred approach to learning, I check prior learning with all my students and I measure the process of learning through both formal and informal forms of assessment , including group projects and student portfolios.
