Mumma..!!my stomach is hurting a lot...said sonu...I am sure you might have eaten something outsidewhile returning to home from school..said mummy...no mom..I didn't... said sonu...tell me the truth asked mom...ok ...yeah I had mirchi bujhi while coming to home...I knew it..said mom...how many times did I tell you not to have outside food...wait here...mom went inside the kitchen...she brought some ajwqin seeds...gave to sonu and sonu had it...after sometime sonu's pain has disappeared...sonu went to his mom and asked ...what haveyou given to me..it might be some thing magical..see my pain has gone told sonu....it is not something magical,it is ajwain...ajwain helps in digestion...it has good amount of fiber...said mom...what is fiber asked sonu...fiber is some material which cleans your stomach.Having fibre helps you keeps your stomach healthy...there are many ingredients which contains fibre..vegetables like soya beans,French beans and many other helps you in digestion..and water and many other ingredients helps in digestion replied mom
