About Alex
I am a highly requested tutor, both by parents and students. My experience creating and publishing video games has taught me more than enough to confidently train any student, no matter their experience level. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Game Design Engineering from University of Silicon Valley, where I was taught by several notable game developers of classic titles such as the Tomb Raider series, Beyond: Two Souls, Spore, and many more.

Each student deserves a completely personalized lesson plan that adapts to them, and focuses on the skills they need, want, and are ready to learn. My teaching style varies depending on the student, but as a general rule I always try to guide the student rather than merely demonstrate or assign tasks. I've found that people generally learn best by doing, especially if they have to flex their brains a little bit to solve the problems presented to them.
