About Kimaya

Hello! I’m Kimaya Pandey, an experienced educator, trainer and mentor with 14+ years of professional and teaching experience. As a Software Professional and MBA, I bring together communication, technology, education and real-world professional experience to help students become confident communicators.

I have been passionate about teaching since my school days and transitioned from the IT industry into education in 2014. Over the years, I have taught and mentored 3000+ students, helping them build confidence, strengthen their communication skills and perform better academically and personally.

My Public Speaking Classes
My Public Speaking Skills course is designed for students aged 7+ years to adults who want to become confident speakers and express themselves effectively.

The sessions focus on practical, age-appropriate activities such as:
️ Speaking with confidence and clarity
Body language and facial expressions
️ Voice modulation, pronunciation and fluency
Extempore speaking and impromptu responses
Speech structure and content development
Debates and Group Discussions
Anchoring and event hosting
Stage presence and audience engagement
Interview and personality development
Leadership and effective communication
I believe public speaking is not just about speaking English—it is about expressing ideas confidently, thinking clearly and connecting with an audience.

About the lesson

I believe that confidence is built through practice, not memorisation.
My Public Speaking classes are designed to be interactive, practical and engaging. Students get regular opportunities to speak, present, think on their feet and receive constructive feedback.

My teaching methodology includes:
Speak & Practise – Students regularly participate in speeches, extempore activities, debates and presentations.
Think & Organise – I teach students how to develop ideas, structure their thoughts and communicate them logically.
Body Language – Students learn eye contact, gestures, facial expressions, posture and stage presence.
️ Voice & Delivery – We work on pronunciation, fluency, voice modulation, pace, pauses and clarity.
Creative Expression – Students are encouraged to express their own ideas rather than memorising ready-made speeches
Constructive Feedback – I identify strengths and areas for improvement and provide personalised guidance after activities.
Progress-Based Learning – Students gradually move from simple introductions and short speaking activities to speeches, debates, extempore speaking and presentations.

My goal is not merely to make a child speak on stage. I want them to think confidently, express themselves clearly and communicate with impact.
