About Samuel
Hi, I'm Sam, a organisational psychologist by trade who has spent the last decade + studying and practicing psychology. I work with the UK's largest financial services organisation to help their people work more cohesively together by improving the culture. I work with CEOs and CHROs to help them understand their culture and their employees behavioural tendencies and identify leavers that can be used to adjust these to further support the organisations strategy. Using this experience, as well as my role as a hiring manager at Deloitte, I help students not only understand the theory behind psychology, but how it works in practice. Most importantly, I help students ace their interviews, essays and exams!

I cover all elements of psychology, from GCSE assignments to masters level essay. I have been studying psychology since 2010, and am currently a practicing organisational psychologist at Deloitte in the field of culture and behavioural change. As a dyslexic, my teaching style is creative, aimed at helping students overcome any barriers they see and helping them view topics in different ways, developing creative arguments and critical thinking along the way.
