About Sophie
I have 10 months experiece as a support worker in a mental health crisis team and 5 months SEN Assistant Psychologist experience. In my current role I train support workers in psychological concepts and autism psychoeducation.
I am passionate about spreading mental health awareness and inspiring others to live a more psychologically informed life for themselves and others.

I am neurodivergent friendly and can offer flexible lessons to suit your needs, I can offer lessons that don't involve video calls for those who struggle with anxiety.
I can help you with statistics classes, essay structuring, psychology theories and more.
I can offer zoom calls at £10 an hour or Whatsapp and email based services for £7 a lesson/hour.
