About Aadya

I'm a practicing psychologist. Like you, I continue to be a student of psychology as the subject has so much to give. I spend my time reading books about therapy and psychology. I am an avid mental health advocate. I take a student-centric approach and am flexible in my teaching methodology. I'm patient and listen to my students' feedback. Teaching comes to me very naturally and I find it to be the most noble and patient pursuits. My interests are- psychopathology, schools and evolution of psychology, behaviourism, positive psychology, psychotherapy, and cognitive psychology. I take my time to prepare my lesson plans, and put as much effort behind the scenes as I do in class.

About the lesson

I treat my students as my equals and can modify my lessons to best suit my students' needs. Psychology can be found in our every-day lives very easily. I believe in a very practical approach to my subject. Apart from books, I take help of real life examples so you can relate to what you're reading, and then are able to apply to your life, what you've learnt in class. I teach 11th, 12th, undergraduate and master's students.
