About Pragya
I am a recently graduated MSc Psychology of Mental Health student from the University of Edinburgh. My interests lie in Clinical psychology, Social psychology, Individual differences, and Psychological research. I also have experience in conducting research in psychology, which is particularly helpful in improving my efficiency in statistics, SPSS, and academic writing. I have pursued this subject all through high school as well as undergrad, and this interest in the subject makes me even more motivated to help other students gain similar interest in this field too. Since I have recently gone through the process of getting a masters degree, I can also help students get a better clarity about what specializations to pursue in psychology, how to work towards getting admission in higher education, and how to navigate the academic field of psychology.

Whether you're a student interested in studying psychology at an undergrad or masters, or someone looking to making a career shift into the field of psychology, or someone simply interested in learning about the subject, your lesson plans would be tailored according to those very needs. Special assistance in topics related to statistics and use of SPSS in psychological research can also be provided. The lessons would include various media for understanding the concept in a more holistic manner, such as textbooks, infographics, journal articles and videos. Since I am a recently graduated Psychology honours student, my approach to teaching would be influenced on how I, as a student, comprehended and retained the concepts well. Any adjustments to the lesson structure, medium of delivery and assessment can be made according to the student.
