About Kiran

Welcome to my psychology classes! I am excited to embark on this educational journey with you, and I want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of my background, teaching philosophy, and what to expect when you join my classes.

I hold a bachelor's degree from the University of Delhi, and my passion for psychology has driven me to pursue my masters currently in Psychosocial Clinical Studies. With a solid foundation in the field, I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge and expertise with you.

In my classes, you will encounter a blend of engaging lectures, interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and thought-provoking assignments. I believe in the power of active learning, and I'm dedicated to helping you grasp complex psychological concepts by connecting them to real-life scenarios.

About the lesson

As a psychology teacher, I employ a dynamic and student-centered approach to enhance the learning experience. I help students learn using the learning curve in order to enhance their memory. The methods I use include active recall, spaced repetition, case studies, interactive lectures and evidence based applications of the learnings.

My classes generally follow a structured format:

Introduction and Review: I begin with a brief overview of the previous session's topics and learning objectives for the current class.

Lecture and Discussion: The core of the class involves a lecture on the day's topic, interspersed with discussions, questions, and examples.

Interactive Activities: Depending on the subject, I incorporate interactive activities, discussions, or demonstrations.

Assessment and Feedback: Students are assessed through quizzes or discussions related to the day's topic. Feedback is provided to help them improve.

Homework and Assignments: I assign homework or projects to reinforce learning and encourage independent research.

Q&A and Recap: The class ends with a recap and a Q&A session to address any remaining doubts or questions.

I create and supportive and empowering environment for the students which makes my classes suitable for high school students, college students, as well as adult learners who are interested in personal development or understanding themselves.
