About Min
I have several years of combined experience interacting with youths through volunteering and working in welfare organisations and secondary schools. Through my different roles I have worked with and taught youths from many different walks of life, including those with complex family and behavioural issues.

I am confident in tutoring students from secondary to undergraduate levels. While relying on a structured lesson plan, I will also be flexible to my students' needs, and will change my teaching methods according to what I deem will benefit them most.
Regardless of the topic, I will always make sure that my student understands the 5W1H (what, why, when, where, who, and how) of the subjecy by the end of the lesson. I do not employ a strict teaching method, and will teach according to the student's learning style so that the learning process can be smooth and fun for both parties.
