About Ranjit
I am a Mindfulness, a Stress Management coach, a teacher and a trainer. I have more than 10 years of experience in the subject and 25 years of work experience in various countries. I have an Engineering background, an MBA from IIMA, a MSc in Psychotherapy and am a Fellow at the Association of Professional Psychologists.

My teaching techniques are experiential, and inquiry based. I strive to enhance the learning of the students by giving them examples as well as the techniques that are needed to apply the same. The structure of the class will consist of presentations, asking questions, exercises, and assignments for gaining knowledge and understanding of the subject.
The prerequisites would be students who want to pursue a career in Counseling and who would like to take up Psychotherapy as a profession. Students pursuing Psychology and other subjects who would like to gain a further understanding on the different types of therapies would also benefit from the sessions.
