About Amy
I am currently a student studying a BSc in Physiotherapy. I have my first aid course. I am still currently swimming and staying active with well researched exercise methods in the gym. I came first in South Africa for acrobatics, I currently do not compete but do it in my free time. I have been a provincial swimmer since 2013.

My teaching method is tailored to the individual and their progress. I focus on overloading, consistency and improvement. We will set mini goals on the way to reaching our major goals in oder to stay motivated and on track with your performance whether it be for yourself or competitively.

Perfect! Amy is such a great teacher, I would highly recommend her, she is very patient and has got a very good heart.
