About Grainne

I am a young graduate of UCC BSc Nutritional Sciences. I have 2 years of experience dealing with nutritional plans and customers. I have completed the degree with a 2.1 result, qualifying me to give this nutritional advice. I have always had a passion for food and ensuring people can become happy with themselves and their relationship with food. Understanding that food is fuel for the body to nurture and care for it is vital to establishing goals and consistency with food consumption. I am naturally a patient individual who strives to see people reaching their goals, even if it is something small. I look forward to meeting some potential clients and hope my advice will help your life!!

About the lesson

These lessons will provide you with a nutritional plan on a fortnightly basis. Each plan is tailored to suit your needs, whether your goal is weight loss, gain or to increase muscle mass. We will have a 20-30 minute Zoom meeting to discuss your goals, and gather some information necessary to give detailed plans. Anyone can avail of these sessions as all goals are equal.

I (22 years old) have had lessons with her and she’s very good at explaining and going through the theory and practice of the piano, I’ve learned so much with her and have had such a great experience! She has also worked with my younger brother (7 years old) and she’s very good at engaging him and explaining the theory for him to understand! I would highly recommend her to anyone with little/no experience!

I highly recommend Grainne for a tutor. I have had a few lessons with her having absolutely no knowledge of the piano and she has always made me feel like completely comfortable and educated me without making me feel like I had no idea what was going on. She is very clear and goes by your pace which is excellent as I'm not the quickest to learn. 10/10
