About Tia
I am a programming tutor with 7 years of experience and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science. My interest in programming began with curiosity about how software systems are built and how they solve everyday problems. Over the years, I have helped many students build strong coding foundations and confidence. My goal is to make programming simple, practical, and easy to understand.
My teaching approach is clear, patient, and supportive. I focus on breaking down complex coding concepts into simple steps so students can understand easily. I use practical examples, coding exercises, and guided practice to improve learning. I also adapt my teaching based on each student’s pace and needs. Helping students build confidence and logical thinking is always my main goal.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring new technologies and working on small coding projects. This helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. I feel happy when students begin coding independently and solving problems on their own. Supporting their growth and helping them develop strong programming skills is something I truly value.

My programming lessons focus on making coding simple, structured, and practical. I start with basics such as variables, data types, loops, and conditions. Students learn how logical thinking is used to create working programs step by step. I use clear explanations and hands-on coding practice so learners can apply concepts immediately. This builds confidence and makes learning more effective.
As students progress, I introduce functions, object-oriented programming, arrays, and basic algorithms. I guide learners through real coding examples to show how programming works in real-life applications. I also focus on debugging so students learn how to identify and fix errors independently. Beginners receive extra support, while advanced learners work on more complex problems. Each lesson is adapted to the learner’s pace and understanding level.
With regular practice, students develop structured thinking and problem-solving skills. They become more confident in writing and understanding code independently. My lessons create a supportive environment where learners feel comfortable experimenting and learning from mistakes. Over time, students become independent programmers with strong foundational skills.
