About Kendra
My interest in programming began with curiosity about how software applications are developed and how they solve problems. This led me to complete a Master’s in Software Engineering, where I developed strong knowledge of coding and system design. Over the past 6 years, I have taught students from different backgrounds and helped them build confidence in programming. Teaching has become a valuable part of my career journey.
My teaching approach is simple, structured, and patient. I break complex topics into small, clear steps so students can understand easily. I use examples and guided practice to help students learn effectively. I also encourage students to ask questions and practice regularly so they can improve steadily.
Beyond teaching, I continue learning new programming tools and technologies to stay updated. This helps me keep my lessons practical and relevant. I believe programming is not just about writing code but about developing a logical way of thinking. My goal is to help students become confident learners who can solve problems, build projects, and succeed in both academic and professional paths with clarity and confidence.

My programming lessons are designed to make coding simple, structured, and easy to understand for every student. I begin with basic topics such as variables, loops, and conditions, explaining each concept in very simple English. I focus on helping students understand the logic behind programming instead of memorizing syntax. I use simple examples and real life scenarios so students can clearly see how coding works step by step. I also create a calm and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning without pressure.
As students improve, I introduce more advanced topics such as functions, arrays, object oriented programming, and basic data structures. I guide students step by step through writing, testing, and improving their code. Debugging is an important skill, so I teach students how to identify and fix errors with confidence. Practice exercises are included in every lesson to strengthen coding ability. Each lesson is structured to build skills gradually and clearly.
Programming becomes easier when students learn how to think logically and solve problems step by step. I help learners build confidence so they can create their own programs independently. Over time, students become more comfortable and creative in coding. My goal is to help students develop strong programming foundations, improve technical skills, and apply coding knowledge effectively in academic and real world situations with clarity and confidence.
