About Naima
My passion for programming developed during my PhD in Computer Science, where I explored advanced topics in software development and computational systems. I was fascinated by how logical thinking can be used to build powerful applications and solve complex problems. Over the past 12 years, I have worked with many students, helping them learn programming in a clear and structured way.
I believe that programming should be taught in a way that focuses on understanding and practical application. My teaching approach includes step-by-step explanations, real-life examples, and consistent practice. I encourage students to ask questions and explore different ways of solving problems. I also take time to understand each student’s learning style and pace so I can adapt my teaching to meet their needs.
Outside of teaching, I continue working on programming projects and learning about new technologies. This helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. Teaching programming is deeply rewarding for me because I enjoy helping students grow in confidence, develop strong skills, and become independent learners who can solve problems effectively and creatively.

Programming becomes easier when students understand how to think logically instead of memorizing code without understanding its purpose. In my lessons, I focus on building strong logical thinking and clear understanding through simple and structured explanations. We begin with basic concepts such as variables, loops, and conditions. I guide students step by step so they can understand how programs work. This helps them feel comfortable and confident from the beginning.
As students progress, I introduce more advanced topics such as functions, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. I explain each concept carefully and provide practical exercises so students can apply what they learn. I also guide them through debugging and error correction, helping them understand how to improve their code. This builds both confidence and independence.
Programming lessons also help students develop analytical thinking, patience, and structured problem-solving skills. They learn how to break problems into smaller parts and solve them effectively. Over time, students gain confidence and start enjoying programming. My goal is to help students build strong coding skills and feel capable of creating their own solutions.
