About Tumelo
I am a bio-medical engineer, electrical engineering university alumni as well as a professionally registered technologist. I graduated top of my class for my bachelor's and master's degrees both record time. I have a passion for sharing my knowledge. I tutor both high school pupils as well as elementary pupils on subjects such as english, mathematics, basic electronics and intermediate level programming.

I believe that no one teaching method is inherently superior to the others. Also, it is not always possible – or appropriate – to apply the same methodology to all learners, who have different objectives, environments and learning needs. My core approach to teaching the english language is communicative language teaching, couple with two other methodologies namely: Audio lingualism (which is a modern way to teach a language), as well as Principled Eclecticism, where the main objective is fitting the method to the learner, and not the learner to the method.
