Project Description:
This Project deals with Healthcare professionals and consumers. It’s an Hospital Management System provides paperless work on patient admission registration, Healthcare Professionals prescription, Room allotment, billing, pharmacy and discharge. The Hospital should give their overall detail about treatments and surgeries and doctor names and etc, which will be uploaded in the master table and accessed everywhere throughout the project. While admission the general details of the patient will be registered that consist of General Information, Office Details, and OP (Out Patient) or IP (In Patient). Once they are processed that will be saved in the database. Healthcare Professionals could able to generate prescription themselves by giving their patient details, similarly billing dept can also able to get billing details of a particular patient. Depending on the patient needs, while registration they could allocate doctors in required specialization and place name and fix up their appointments. Later on after the treatment they could do payment for the fees.
Role and Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis.
• Weekly Status Report.
