About Sophie

I am a professional dancer based in London. After graduating from performing arts college I went on to perform internationally in various productions. I am professionally trained in various styles, however would mainly focus on technical jazz for people at various levels of proficiency.

My class will contain a warm up and technical exercises to some upbeat and uplifting music, followed by a routine. I believe in order to achieve a higher standard of dance proficiency you have to able to have basic technique.
