About Melina
Melina holds a BFA in Dance from the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, and performed with numerous companies in New York and Chicago. Melina is proficient in the styles of Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Jazz, Musical Theater, Horton, and Graham. Working as a teacher and choreographer, Melina engages in arts education for students of all ages.

Anyone can dance with the right training and dedication! I find methodically structured programs and positive reinforcement to be the best way to approach classes. I have experience working with students aged 6 - 72 years old and all levels of experience.
