About Helen
I have been classically trained and actively performed as a competitive classical pianist for around 14 years, and I also have teaching experience for about 3~4 years where I uniquely planned out lessons for each of my students! Additionally, I have knowledge around other genres of piano music, such as Ragtime and well knowledgeable in improvising. I also have experience performing as a concert mistress for my Symphonic Orchestra in St. Louis, MO.

My lessons are uniquely catered for my students based on their best learning style and also their goals with piano performance. Expect lots of engagement, excitement, and professional skills to become a well-rounded pianist! While I do offer coaching/teaching to develop my students’ growth as much as possible, I also love getting to know my students personally and to embed lots of fun during my lessons :)
