About the lesson

I believe an instructor should foster a learning environment that enables the student to find their own voice and understand how to reach their audience in the most effective manner. Providing all the tools necessary for the student to learn and perform the assigned tasks, is vital to their success, as well as guidance and prompt, constructive feedback.
Their knowledge and expertise would be developed and practiced by learning activities designed to inspire creativity, stimulate their imagination, and push the students to develop their own style and process of meeting deadlines, and to do what it takes to reach their full potential. I would strive to make sure the feedback the students receive is informative and aimed at facilitating improvement. My response would vary depending on the nature of the assignment. My feedback would be constructive and provide examples if appropriate, as well as helpful tips and links to online materials that would enable the student to better understand the concepts. I believe an educator’s duty is to equip their students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become valuable assets to any organization.
