About Nira
I have 9 years of teaching experience and hold a Master’s Degree in Vocal Performance. My academic background includes vocal pedagogy, music theory, performance interpretation, and advanced breathing techniques. This training enables me to teach safely and effectively while ensuring structured vocal development.
I have mentored beginners discovering their natural voice as well as advanced singers refining professional performance skills. I believe that patience, disciplined practice, and supportive encouragement are essential for vocal growth. My teaching style balances structure with creativity, allowing students to develop both technical control and artistic individuality.
Helping students discover the strength and uniqueness of their voice is one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. My singing lessons are designed to build strong breath control, vocal endurance, pitch stability, tonal clarity, and expressive interpretation. At the start of instruction, I evaluate posture alignment, breathing habits, vocal range, pitch accuracy, resonance placement, and articulation clarity. Proper breath support is the foundation of healthy singing, so we begin with diaphragmatic breathing exercises, airflow regulation drills, and gentle warm-up routines to protect the voice. I carefully explain how vocal placement, mouth shape, and body posture influence tone production and projection.
As students develop, we expand into range extension exercises, dynamic control training, vibrato refinement, diction clarity, and stylistic interpretation. Repertoire is selected according to vocal type and performance goals. Each song is studied in detail with attention to phrasing, emotional connection, lyrical understanding, and expressive storytelling. I provide structured feedback and repeated guided practice to ensure healthy vocal habits and steady improvement.
In advanced training, I emphasize performance psychology, microphone technique, stage presence, and emotional authenticity. Students learn how to manage nervous energy, maintain vocal control under pressure, and connect meaningfully with audiences. Simulated performance sessions help build confidence and consistency. My ultimate goal is to help singers develop technical stability, vocal health, and the confidence to deliver powerful and emotionally engaging performances.
