About Jia Dong
I’m Ho Jia Dong, a professionally trained vocalist, performer, and music educator from Malaysia. I graduated from the Malaysian Institute of Art in 2022 and Middlesex University London in 2024, specializing in Classical Vocal. I have performed with the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, Malaysian Voices Collective, and Fiamma Opera Studio, and have appeared in various concert and live performance productions. I was also a 3rd Place recipient in the Voice Category at the 2nd ASWARA International Classical Piano and Voice Competition. I enjoy sharing my experience and helping students develop their voice, confidence, and passion for music.

My lessons are designed to help students build a stronger voice, greater confidence and better performance skills. Students will learn vocal technique, breath control, pitch, tone, musicality, expression and stage presence through practical and personalised training. I teach Pop, Musical Theatre and Classical Singing, with lessons tailored to each student’s level and goals. Students can expect to gradually improve their vocal control, confidence, musical expression and overall performance, whether they are learning for personal enjoyment, competitions, auditions or the stage.
