About Donald
I am a tutor who has a Master's in Psychology from University of Phoenix and took two years of a Ph.D. in General Psychology program through Capella University. I have tutored since 2006. I became a substitute teqcher in 2009 and a part-time adjunct professor of Psychology at Gardner-Webb University, Lenoir-Rhyne University, and Gaston College in 2012.

My approach involves showing students how to solve problems, reviewing the steps with them, assigning them homework, checking their homework, quizzing and testing them with exams I create, identifying their mistakes, and helping them fix their mistakes. I emphasize that students have to work hard and study a lot in between sessions as well as be accountable for their assignments. I always encourage them and praise them when praise is due.
