About Linnea

Swimming has been a connecting force for me over the last 20 years - to self, to nature, to local & global community. As a member of Team USA I’ve traveled the world competing internationally against some of the best in the world, posting top 40 world rankings in sprint freestyle, backstroke, and butterfly along the way. It has been a joy to give back to the sport and watch others empower themselves in taking on the challenges presented by swimming. I’ve had the opportunity to work with adults overcoming their fear and learning how to swim, five-year-olds discovering the underwater world, national finalists, and most recently the University of Hawaii collegiate team. By establishing an open & supportive environment we will work together to build trust in the water, establish fundamental skills, refine technique, and find what sparks joy in your unique process! I look forward to being part of your journey!

About the lesson

Experience the water in a new way! A rhythm & flow approach to swimming founded in ocean based principles.

Whether you’re looking to master the basics or preparing for an upcoming race - we will work together to make it happen! By instilling a fun and curious approach to your relationship with the water learning comes easy, improvement is quick to follow.

Every session integrates a level of mindfulness into the practice, learn to feel and move in the water with more efficiency.

Session are individualized to meet your needs based on goals, ability, age and availability.

Sessions held at Nerang Aquatic Center unless otherwise requested. Entry fee not included.

Bookings available through Miami Aquatic Center - $200/session

Willing to travel - Travel from .88cents/km from Miami Aquatic Center

Age and ability appropriate equipment will be provided - toys, floatation, kickboard, tempo trainer, paddles etc..
