About Connor
I have a first class (Hons) degree in sport and exercise science, I am accredited with both the NSCA (CSCS) & UKSCA (ASCC). Working with club- international athlete's ranging in different sports. I am also the owner of Central London Weightlifting Club and Hold both Level 1 & Level 2 BWL certificates.

I take a relaxed approach to teaching making sure that i explain aspects of what you are learning but also apply them within a practical sense. I like to give my students to opportunity to learn themselves, making sure to challenge them enough so they can understand the concepts when I'm not with them.
Structure will usually Include Readings, application and reflection (quizzes).
