I’m a songwriter with over 15 years of experience, and my work has earned major placements on TV. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with professional artists and have built a strong network within the music industry. Through the years, I’ve gained valuable insight into both the creative and business sides of songwriting, and I’m passionate about using that knowledge to help others grow in their craft.

My method is highly personalized, rooted in creative coaching, industry structure, and practical songwriting tools. I focus on:
Lyric development – crafting compelling, honest, and emotionally resonant lyrics
Melody & cadence – creating melodies that stick and flow rhythmically
Song structure – writing with clear form (verse, chorus, bridge) while allowing for creative freedom
Hooks & ear candy – techniques to make songs unforgettable
Feedback & rewriting – learning how to revise and polish like a pro
I use popular and successful songs to reverse-engineer what works—and help students apply those techniques to their own music.
Typical Lesson Plan (1 Hour)
Each session is customized based on your skill level and goals, but typically includes:
Warm-Up / Listening Exercise – analyzing a hit song to understand its structure or hook
Writing Prompt or Technique Breakdown – learning a new concept or songwriting tool
Song Lab – writing or workshopping a song (either from scratch or refining your existing ideas)
Real-Time Feedback – constructive guidance to help your song reach its full potential
Weekly Assignment – a tailored writing task to keep the creative momentum going between sessions
