About Tom
I am a professional saxophone player who loves to play the saxophone (of course!). I have been playing at weddings, parties and private function events for well over 5 years, whether it be as a solo act or in a function band. My expertise is in jazz, as this is what I studied for my degree. Providing high level expertise is my forte, which will get you performance ready for whatever it is you want to achieve.

Through my years of teaching, my methodology has always been governed by the student, whether it's smashing solos over pop hits, or learning grade by grade with classical books I am qualified to teach from many different approaches. A lesson can include: Jazz, Pop, Classical and more. Typically lessons are 1 hour long, however if shorter or longer lessons are better for you we can arrange different lengths on 1 - 1 basis. I also have a spare alto saxophone that I use for lessons for students that are unsure if the sax is for you. I have taught saxophone for over 2 years, working with students of all ages from primary school children all the way through to adults. From absolute beginner to seasoned saxophone player looking to supercharge their playing, I am the right person for you!
