About Franco
In 2013-2015 I did a degree in Audio Visual for developing creativity. Along the paths of life, creativity has led me to explore and rediscover meditation in 2016-2018 by completing a Master in Relaxation Meditation and Mindfulness at the UB. Curiosity and self-taught ability has led me to accompany training with philosophy, thus deepening the art of living. At two comprehensive medicine centers in Barcelona I have had the opportunity to offer the mindfulness-based program that was approved as thesis for the Matser Remind (UB).

Mindfulness-based program for self-knowledge approved in the Remind Master (University of Barcelona). It consists of modules of: Psycho-embodiment, emotional education, attention education and meditation. That it tries to incorporate the capacities to the day to day basis.
Possibility of carrying out the complete program or according to the needs of each person. Each session is divided into theoretical dialogue and practical of at least 1 hour.
