About Tina
I have Diploma and BSc with 1st Class Hons. in Healthcare Studies. I have been teaching all grades of nurses and care individuals clinical skills in both the NHS and Private Sector for 8 Years. The subjects I teach are: Venepuncture, Cannulation, Urinary Catheterisation, Bowel Management, Central Line Management, IV Drug Administration, Subcutaneous and Intramuscular Injection Technique, Medication Administration vie Enteral Tubes, Oxygen and Nebuliser Therapy, Delegation and Accountability, Sepsis Awareness, Nurse Revalidation, Course Design, Policy and SOP Development

My teaching method for clinical skills is generally hands on using manikins and clinical equipment. I always provide a power-point presentation covering anatomy, physiology, Cautions and Problem Solving. This is then followed by the practical lesson. I love audience participation and no question is ever "a stupid question". my sessions are light-hearted and friendly, and you all receive feedback sheets so as I can change aspects of the course as necessary. Other non-clinical subjects are usually taught as seminars or can be tailored to individual needs. These can be on-line learning if required.

If travel is over 15KM I would charge an extra £3 per KM. If I do not receive 24 hours in advance of cancellation, the student will be expected to pay the full price of tuition minus travel expenses
