About Chris
Professional violinist with a Professional Certificate & Master’s degree in Violin Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University (Peabody Institute), and a tenured position with the Boise Philharmonic, with extensive experience performing in leading orchestras including the New World Symphony and San Francisco Ballet Orchestra. Brings experience teaching 3rd-5th graders in San Francisco about the elements of music making from the past 2 years. Combines deep classical music expertise with proven digital media skills to create compelling, audience-focused content. Knows what it takes to succeed in music in the modern world.

I will work with students depending on their proficiency level and achieve what they'd like to accomplish with the violin, no matter how high or low.
We can use methods such as Suzuki or my own personal thoughts of what'd be best per student.
Prefer higher level students, but open to all.
I have extensive knowledge in orchestral, chamber, & solo playing having done all along with church choirs, weddings, other gigs, etc.
