About Esmaiel
I believe learning a new language or any
other skill requires planning, a burning desire plus hard work. I have
been teaching English for 13 years in total.
I studied English for 6 years in university ( I have bachelor's degree
in English Teaching and a master's in linguistics) accompanied by
years of studying on my own which taught me to say confidently
If you want to master a new language, you need to immerse
yourself in an English environment, always studying, talking, listening
and reading almost every single day. Teaching for
more than 13 years ( I have worked for international companies in
Japan for 3 years and Russia for 5 years having 6000 hours of online teaching to
students) taught me that every single student is unique and We as
teachers should dig deeper in the learners' personality choosing
the most appropriate way of inspiring and giving positive feedback to
them. A teacher should know about the ultimate goal of the student,
not to mention being aware of his current level in order to choose the
best method and approach in the class, giving them the tools and
resources to practice the language. I'm confident enough to say that
I can help my students all over this journey.

I am quite friendly and positive in my classes making the students feel relaxed in order to be able to communicate their ideas in a safe respectful environment.
I start the lessons with some warm up and greeting sentences. Then I review the useful language from the last class. After that, I make the student curious about the new materials I want to teach. Next, I present the new materials using multi-media like pictures, videos as well as audios. Then, we will have some exercises to instill the new materials and correct some mistakes and errors. Later, I expect my students to produce what they have just learnt in the oral way and finally we will have a cool down exercise related to the lesson taught.
I pay close attention to the topics and hobbies my students like to make them interested in the lesson
