About Jackson
Professional musician since 2003, having been regularly enrolled and attended the classical trumpet course and the popular trumpet course (mpb/jazz) in one of the most requested music conservatories in Latin America, the "Conservatório Dramático e Musical Dr. Carlos de Campos de Tatuí", in the interior of São Paulo. He has in his history a vast baggage of musical theory and performance in diverse styles, such as: pop, rock, funk, blues, brazilian music, world music, instrumental music and etc). He dedicates himself to the study of the electric bass for 8 years and in this period he already has some experience playing on TVs, Theaters and stages of renowned festivals such as: Montreux Jazz Festival (Open Air), Teatro Tivoli BBVA, Capitólio, Coliseu de Lisboa, Casa da música do Porto, Altice Arena, Meo Marés Vivas Festival, Outjazz, etc. Having the honor of sharing the stage and accompanying artists and national and international music projects, such as: Alceu Valença, Walmir Borges, David Carreira, Bishop 2725, Carapaus Afrobeat, Sacundeia, Luso Baião, João Teixeira, Calema, among many others. With experience in live performances in several European countries (Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland), Brazil and China, as well as in studio and live recordings. Highlights his participation as a bass player in the recording of the Dvd (live) of singer David Carreira, held on November 30, 2019, at Altice Arena, on a 360 ° stage and for an audience of 18,000 people. In his career, he has more than 15 years of experience as a teacher teaching music theory, trumpet, acoustic guitar (acoustic guitar), piano (beginners), and electric bass.
