About Dharrshiyni
Hi! I’m Dharrshiyni
I’m a Multimedia and Communication Designer with around 8 years of experience turning ideas into visuals (and occasionally staring at a design for way too long wondering if the font should be 2px bigger ).
Over the years, I’ve worked on all sorts of creative projects from branding, social media and TikTok content, websites, publications, EDMs and event campaigns to video editing, motion graphics, infographics and even interactive AR experiences.
What I love about design is that there’s always something new to create and learn. And that’s exactly how I like to teach too less boring theory, more creating!
I’ll teach you how to use tools like Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator, but I also want you to understand what actually makes a design look good — colors, typography, layouts, visual hierarchy and all those little details that can completely change a design.
I’m friendly, patient and definitely don’t expect you to know everything from day one. Whether you’re a complete beginner, creating content for social media, working on a school project, building your portfolio or just want to learn something creative, we’ll take it step by step and have some fun along the way!

My lessons are practical, hands-on and tailored to each student’s individual goals and learning pace. I use step-by-step demonstrations followed by guided practice, so you can learn by actually creating designs rather than just watching. Lessons can cover Graphic Design, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing and other digital media skills. You can also bring your own project, assignment or design and we can work through it together.
A typical lesson is 1 hour, but the duration and lesson content can be adjusted depending on your needs and what you would like to learn.
I have around 8 years of professional experience in multimedia and communication design, working across graphic design, branding, publications, websites, social media content, video editing, digital campaigns and other creative projects. I also have experience conducting and supporting training and enrichment programmes, allowing me to combine professional industry knowledge with a patient and practical teaching approach.
My lessons are suitable for children, teenagers, students and adults, from complete beginners to those with some design experience who want to improve their skills. No previous design experience is required. Whether you want to learn for school, work, your own business, social media, personal projects or simply as a new skill, I can customise the lessons according to what you want to achieve.
