My name is Manuel and I teach Qi Gong to individuals, businesses, schools, or any type of group. I built my experience in China, with renowned Shaolin masters for several years. During this period, which was decisive for my personal development, I practiced the Chinese martial arts daily and I now wish to share these benefits.
