About Torsten
I’m an experienced keyboardist, pianist, composer and session musician who has covered a wide range of different styles of music. I’ve released and performed music both solo under my own name and as part of multiple different groups (Hexcut, Prudent Primate, Paper Dragon), which have covered classical, jazz, rock, electronic, dub, neo-soul and ambient. I've played live across the UK, including Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club in London on multiple occasions. My true passion lies in self-expression and finding my own voice with the instrument.

Torsten has been giving me weekly piano lessons for almost a month now. He is very friendly and patient, and has always been approachable and engaging during the lessons. Despite the fact I am a complete beginner, he has never gotten frustrated with me making mistakes and is always encouraging towards me.
