About Ria

I'm a commerce graduate and a diploma ACCA holder but I chose to follow my passion and have had wonderful results out of it. I have baked for 10 years, and finally chose to do it professionally. I have taught various classes in a variety of confectionery products.

About the lesson

My teaching method is to show you every recipe and technique step by step. I explain the how's and why's of every technique.
I teach baking at home and online.
Anyone with an interest in baking can learn. Even if you have zero experience with baking, this is a class for you.
