I have +30 years experience teaching qigong and meditation, a Masters of Acupuncture and a Doctorate in Medical Qigong. I have learned qi gong and meditation from numerous masters and am passionate to be able to share what I haveexperienced and learned.

I have taught and practiced Flying Dragon Qigong the longest and the most. I began learning and apprenticed with my teacher +30 years ago. Please see the youtube link. If you want to learn some other style I am happy to help you with it.
I teach various meditation techniques and always prefer to start with the most basic. If you are intermediate and wanto more advanced meditations I am happy to help you with them as well.
