Certified Muay Thai coach by the United States Muay Thai Association (USMTA) According to the objectives of each and everyone, the different stages that constitute the session will be at an intensity determined by the customer.
The sessions are organized as follows: A cardio / muscular warm-up A body of session with learning of the technique. A pair of boxing gloves and bands will be used (kit can be borrowed from the coach if the client wishes) Stretching and calm at the end of the session
