I have been teaching and performing in the Oklahoma area for around 20 years in multiple genres from metal, jazz, country, classical, blues, and rock. Being one of the only sight-reading guitarists has made me one of the most in-demand session players in the state.

I try to incorporate elements of music appreciation into the lesson, as I believe listening is just as important as practicing. Helping students find inspiration leads to them putting in more time in the practice room. I teach a more formal method, as I hope to open up avenues for professional musicianship in my students later on in life.
