I believe in a personalized, student-centered approach to teaching dance, ensuring every student feels comfortable, confident, and engaged. My classes are a mix of foundational techniques, choreography, and creative exploration. I focus on breaking down complex moves into simple, achievable steps and encourage students to express their unique style within the framework of each dance form.
Usual Structure of a Class:
1. Warm-Up (10-15 mins): A mix of stretching and basic movement drills to prepare the body.
2. Choreography (30-40 mins): Learning and practicing a dance sequence to a chosen piece of music.
3. Cool-Down (5-10 mins): Relaxation and stretching to improve flexibility and prevent injuries.
Special Features as a Teacher:- I emphasize both technical precision and artistic expression, ensuring students understand the "why" behind every move.
- I adapt my teaching pace and style to the student’s level, whether they are beginners or advanced dancers.
