About Sarah
I am a Dancer, trained in Classical Ballet, Contemporary and Jazz. I have recently started teaching dance online in contemporary dance. I would like to share my knowledge of Classical Ballet Technique, Pointework, Jazz, Contemporary, Stretch and Body Conditioning. I have danced professionally in ballet companies and in commercial dance in Europe and Asia.

For ballet classes, I take my training in the RAD and I join it with techniques used in Vaganova Technique. The Port de Bras is a very important element of dance, and is something I love to refine in myself and my students.
In contemporary, I focus on release based movement and I encourage improvisation and exploration.
