About Abigail
I am fun energetic dance, fitness and yoga instructor who loves hanging out with my pup and doing fun outdoor activities! Besides teaching dance, yoga and fitness classes I also love helping woman on there health and wellness journeys! I have my own business called TAP IN Fitness where I work with my clients on tapping into our bodies and figuring out how to live a healthier life!

I have taught many dance styles for the past 15 years. Some of those styles are: ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, modern, and tumbling. For the past 5 years I have taught yoga and specialized in: vinyasa, power, beginners yoga, breath work and meditation.
