About Dasha

Hi! I’m Daria, a professional dancer, choreographer and dance teacher with over 18 years of training and performance experience. I hold a First Class Honours degree in Dance and Performance from Buckinghamshire New University, where I was awarded Coach of the Year and Choreographer of the Year.

I am currently a member of two professional dance companies in London: InMovement, specialising in heels and commercial styles, and Ergonomikz, specialising in hip-hop. Alongside performing, I teach dance in London, including heels, and regularly create choreography for dancers of different ages and levels.

Throughout my career, I have performed across Europe, Asia and the UK and have worked across a variety of styles including heels, commercial, hip-hop, contemporary and jazz. My performance credits include Britain’s Got Talent and HeelsUp Summer Fest, while my choreography has received multiple awards in university competitions and professional showcases.

I am passionate about creating energetic, expressive and empowering choreography while helping dancers develop their technique, confidence and individuality.

I believe every dancer — beginner or advanced, child or adult — has their own unique potential, and my teaching is always tailored to bring out the very best in each individual. With me, you can expect lessons that are professional, structured, and challenging, but also supportive, encouraging, and full of energy. I am committed to creating a safe and motivating environment where my students feel empowered to push themselves, grow, and truly enjoy the art of dance.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is highly personalised: I adapt every lesson to the student’s level, goals, and strengths. I combine technical training with creativity, ensuring students not only master the fundamentals but also gain confidence, expression, and stage presence. I place a strong focus on musicality, body awareness, and safe practice to build solid technique while keeping lessons engaging and inspiring. Lesson Length Each session typically lasts 1.5 hours, with time dedicated to warm-up, technique, choreography, and individual feedback.

Qualifications & Experience BA (Hons) Dance and Performance (First Class) — Buckinghamshire New University 18+ years of international dance experience (Russia, UK, Turkey, UAE, India, China, Morocco) Professional choreographer and performer in ballet, contemporary, jazz, heels, commercial, and street dance Awarded Coach of the Year and Choreographer of the Year by Buckinghamshire New University

Competition-winning choreographies across UK universities Professional performances including Britain’s Got Talent and HeelsUp Summer Fest.

My lessons are open to all ages and levels: Beginners looking to build a strong foundation Intermediate dancers who want to refine their skills and broaden their repertoire.
Advanced dancers aiming to polish technique, prepare for performances, or competitions Children, teens, and adults — classes tailored individually or in small groups.

Pricing Information My standard hourly rate is £50, which includes my preparation time, teaching materials, and personalised lesson planning tailored to each student’s goals and level. For new students, the first class is offered at a reduced rate of £40 — a great opportunity to get to know my teaching style before committing further. If a studio or classroom space needs to be booked, the rental fee will be added on top of the hourly rate, and I’ll always confirm this in advance

A little booking note: A pre-payment/deposit is required to secure and confirm your lesson time slot. This helps protect both the student and teacher from cancellations, last-minute changes, or no-shows. The deposit will be deducted from the total lesson fee and may be refundable where applicable, subject to the cancellation policy.
