Elettra trained me for a short period of time but she left such a great impression on me, she is supportive and just the right amount of pushy! She gets the best out of you and it’s clear she knows a lot about how to train and recover too, she gave me a lot of advice about how to avoid injury and what kind of things can cause injury as well. She massively boosted my confidence and made me genuinely believe I could improve my mobility and health. I would recommend her to any beginner or intermediate people who are looking to improve health and have an injury, she provides a service that is almost therapeutic!

Elettra is an excellent movement director and dance teacher. I’ve had the joy of working with her on several occasions, including the organisation of dance events in the vibrant heart of Central London. She is reliable, very trustworthy, and communicates exceptionally well.

Her empathy and creativity are central to her approach, which I value highly. After collaborating on events, I also chose to take dance lessons with her. Through her teaching, I learned new movements that mixes fitness, Pilates, and contemporary dance, while also developing a stronger sense of rhythm and body awareness. I was first scared of going back into dance as a beginner but she made me feel very save and secure during the classes.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to have worked and trained with her, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her. It is rare to find someone in the creative scene with such a high level of commitment. I believe this comes from her many years of experience, which she brings thoughtfully into her work. While she is able to approach a given vision into a performance she also has also developed an exciting individual style/aesthetic which I would describe as fierce and feminine (in a very modern way).
